We had a combined birthday for our kids here and had a great experience. Good communication, helpful and we had a very nice events person who stayed in the room the whole time and made sure everyone had what they needed, served the kiddos (she was super helpful!). I would do it do it again for my 3rd!

Great place to have your kids run around and burn that energy. It is a great place for fun to be able to just jump around. Lots of birthday parties at this place. The place will make you feel old but young, wanting to jump but can't.

First time going for a birthday party and it was great. Definitely the earlier the better as it started to get crowded. It was nice they have a 5 year old and under area for the littles. My kid loved the obstacle course! Good times and we will be back!

This is definitely the destination for an amazing birthday party for the kids. The entire experience was seamless and with minimal effort from beginning to end. They supply you with everything you need, keep contact with you up to the day, and make sure that the day goes perfectly and that the birthday child feels so special. They were able to accommodate all of our needs from food and all plates/napkins/etc, all the way to decorations and just overall experience to make this a day to remember. The event staff were very professional and welcoming with every member of our party, getting everyone checked in quickly to maximize their fun time. The courts had something for everyone and the kids bounce, literally and figuratively, from court to court. And, when they needed a breather, they had a decent amount of video games that were all included in the experience. When it came time to congregate, our host was able to get everyone into the room and handled the serving of everyone there, not just the kids, with a strong effort...and there was a decent amount of us. At no point did we feel rushed, or that things were out of hand. It was a great experience from beginning to end. The kids had a great time. The birthday kid loved every second. And the staff took care of us and made what could have been a stressful endeavor, into the perfect birthday experience. Thank you Sky Zone San Marcos... we will be back!

Yes, there are 18 "cell phone" lockers with keys. They are free to use with admission.
I believe your safer buying their socks cause of the Non Slip !!! And I saw everyone buying the socks so yea probably ... unless you bring your own Non Slip Socks that are approved . Lol ... Better Safe Than Sorry later . . .
They do not require the children to jump with masks on. It gets pretty hot once they start jumping.

For hourly pricing: Kids 5yrs and under are $8 for an hour For everyone else (6yrs and older) it is $13 for an hour. There is also a monthly membership that is $24.99 and then you don't pay anymore for visits; they are free for up to 90 minutes with the membership
Parties are $22.50 per child (parents do not pay). That is all-inclusive for jump time, pizza, drinks, plates and decorations, private room. For the party you can bring any cake, cup cakes or ice cream you want to celebrate with

We do not have an age limit, just recommend 42 inches or higher for Warrior. You can assist if needed.

Yes, there is a discount for honeschoolers. Every Tuesday and Thursday from 12pm-2pm the cost for Homeschoolers is only $5. It is a huge discount for those parents to enjoy.
Yes, those tournaments will begin with sign-ups during the Summer (June 11th and later)
$5 for kids 5yrs and under M-F. Then for those over 5yrs it is $13 for 1 hour or $16 1.5 hours or $19 for 2 hours. That is a full-access pass that includes all attractions and all all video games are free as well.
Thanks for the question, in October we hire between 5-8 new team members and the last of those was filled last week. Outside of that we will hire based on need so stop in as the google guide suggested and we will keep your resume
