Safe and secure parking lot, cheaper than any parking close to the border

So this spot is well considered by some. However, in my experience and having parked in many of the nearby parking businesses, this place really really dissapoints. This place isn't exactly close to the border and most parking businesses in such proximity or similar offer shuttles to and from the border. For example Route 125 Parking about a block away offer free shuttle to and from the border 24 hours a day. They only charge $5 per day and with a great grace period. Today I had some inconveniences, hence I went over by 2 hours so I had to pay more a whole days worth of penalty. They are so incredibly unrealistic and unreasonable. Will never ever park here again. There is closer more practical and convenient parking at the same price with reasonable grace periods. These people are just cut throat sick. Will never return to do business with Si(N)e(U)m(N)p(C)r(A)e Parking. Nunca Mas!!!

Never had issues. Only thing I don’t like... is that if the car is not yours you cannot park it there.. has to be your own car.. don’t understand the logic!

10 bucks per day not ball at all. The place is well lit and 1/2 of the peice of CBX. $8 Uber ride back to CBX will save a ton of money. I would give it another star if rjey had a shuttle.
