False advertisement. Sign lists price as $1 hr. Returned to car after 1hr and were charged $6? Still cheap, but they should just post the real price. Garage itself seemed sketchy. Cars nearby were graffitied and had broken glass

They will force you to pay even if you have an event ticket from the Observatory. Did not refund even with validation. Extremely unethical.

Staff is always friendly and professional! They look over the garage and keep the place clean and safe. I recommend buying a parking pass if you are in the area often or work nearby, saves me time and money when enter/exit and I hate looking for street parking or paying expensive tickets when I stay past my timed spot. Thanks again! :)
