Took my ASUS laptop in for an evaluation of a DC input jack issue. The repair required would have been much more involved than their standard services and I ultimately declined repair as a new laptop would have been marginally more expensive than the cost to repair. They put the laptop back together for me to pick up, and the quote for repair was provided at no cost to me. The shop is small and clean. Their interactions by phone were professional and concise. The associate I interacted the most in person with, Brandon, was helpful, courteous, and friendly. As noted above I did not pay for any services from them during this interaction but would certainly return for a different computer issue.

I’ve brought two MacBooks here and they have diagnosed both of them for free. Super nice and friendly and knowledgeable, and they are great about updating you regularly with where they are at. I cannot say enough about the great experience I had here! After a very negative experience at Computer Geek 911, I came to San Diego computer help to help repair 2 older desktops I had that needed to be stripped down and combined into one machine. Andres was incredibly helpful and communicative and by discussing what I wanted up front we were able to put together a plan of action for a fair price. After he promised it would be done within 4 days he called me back less than 24 hours later telling me the job was done! I picked up the new machine which is running great! Computer repair is a customer service business and they showed their true colors by providing an excellent and friendly experience.
