I park my car here often! I got to say the two attendees on this day 05/09/22 were pretty friendly, and helpful. I was having problems with the pay machine it wasn't working right, but this young tall gentleman helped me with this issue! Three words, Great customer service 👌

Do not reserve online. Yes, they sold me a reservation in the website, but closed the garage as full! It was baffling, confusing to arrive and find the garage closed when we had already paid. We circled while trying to figure it out. We pulled up to their cones blocking the entrance, and the attendant came up and yelled at me. So I got attitude from them until they finally admitted I had a paid, legitimate reservation. I'm not really mad at the attendants, probably? They seemed in way over their heads, lost, untrained or unsupported by whoever "manages" this place. Once I was finally admitted, we found it 1/2 empty! Just, puzzling. All the confusion cost us about an hour! We were late for our show! Decide for yourself if this is acceptable.

Spaces are very tight, and for the money they charge for special events, it would be nice to know my car won't be dinged or scratched up when I return. Staff was friendly in the am on arrival, but the evening crew seemed grumpy to be working. It is a secure lot, so even with the higher prices it is a better option than street parking.

A safe place to park car. Several parking floors. Cameras were being installed about 1 October 17. $1 or 2 an hour. Centrally located to gas lamp district where parking is difficult to find on street especially at night. Not sure if the different levels are patrolled. Have parked there several times without incident. Usually go to Shout House, but several places to eat, shop, bars.
