For how much the apartments cost I'm a pretty disheartened with a few things. Parking is a disaster for visitors. We have lived here for almost a year and just recently visited the pool which was completely filthy, we couldn't get the fire place down there to work or the hot tub the jets work but it's barely warmer than the pool itself. We had our car broken into twice and you would think paying the extra for the "safety" of living in a gated community you wouldn't have to worry about things like that but I guess not. I will say though that we have never had an issue with our neighbors or the apartment staff/maintenance. I think there's definitely room for improvement when it comes to accommodations but at least the staff are nice.

If they send you a YouTube video tour, ignore it. That's not what you're getting. You'll get an outdated unit with mismatching and warped base boards. We were told our until was "100% ready for move in". Moved in to holes in the walls, paint over our door locks and floors, a penny painted over in the closet. Dirt and dust everywhere and damages to appliances. Unless you're tech savvy, you won't be able to pay rent. They don't accept cashiers checks, and their app forgets your card for payment but says it's "saved on file" when you try to add it again. Also, just a suspicion, but I believe that there is mold within the units. My entire family of 6 became very sick after move in and only got better after we moved out.

Really not worth the cost, pretty standard Oceanside price with substandard conditions. Everything installed is cheap, from paint to windows (be ready to replace blinds every week when the cheap plastic on top breaks), and especially appliances. The working staff there is the only redeeming quality, they’re quick and communicate the repairs really well. Overall, lots of better places to live in Oceanside, especially if you’re trying to pocket some BAH. They also gauge on the security deposit on the back end, but that’s most apartments it seems. You can make up for this by having pets and just not telling them, pays for itself if that’s what you want to do.

We stayed here for almost two years and we had a great time living here. When we got here, we rented at a great rate, had a great sized apartment, and has everything we needed. The pool is great to, bit cold but it helped us during the summer. Parking was an issue, along with water bill as well. When it came to the staff, Lisa, was awesome and she still is. She got us everything we needed to make living there better. Anyone thinking of moving there should speak with her!
