Very rude management . The assistant is extremely rude and unprofessional. They are abusing the seniors and breaking the state and federal laws. The upper management also ignoring the senior tenants and don't even respond to the seniors concerns. Perhaps time for the company do some shake ups before the hud and Osha come after them.

While in San Diego I stopped at this property for the first time to visit my great uncle. Having only the address and not his apartment number, I tried to get assistance from the office staff which did not go as I had hoped. That said, I recognized their concern for resident safety and understood their position. However, after I left the office, I learned later that they called a local family member to seek further direction which upon proper verification things ultimately worked out. I was impressed by the diligence of their office staff while being helpful in the process.
