Was given a parking spot approximately a year ago and asked the staff to call me if a new resident moved in so I won't get towed. I didn't recieve a phone call and my car was towed. It cost 278 dollars to get my car out of the tow yard. I called the apartment staff and explained to them I resigned my lease no less than two weeks ago and it still had me registered under the parking spot I got towed from. They admitted the lease papers were wrong and said my parking spot had been reissued to another tenant back in April. They refused to refund me the cost of the tow and just said they'll fix the paperwork. Now I'm attempting to file a complaint with the main essex office to be reimbursed for the tow because Country Villas is refusing to work with me. I don't feel comfortable resigning the new paperwork sent with the corrections because it seems like they are trying to cover up their mistakes.

This place is very very unorganized. Drivers beware. This is a highly known predatory towing spot. The management is in on it with the tow yards. This is talk within the towing community that they work together. Giving little to no information on parking (visitor parking) and will give you a pass for a spot already taken and not tell you it will get towed. ANd then towing the car. Keep in mind a car that has a visitor pass. It has to park in the spot they give it to. If that spot has a car they recommend calling a tow truck. Now to me as a business owner I see that as a huge management issue. How can you allow your employees to give passes not telling anyone they need to park in the spot they wrote for even if it has a car parked there. And secondly why would you allow your business to not just fix the parking issue. What do you do all day at work. Do the real owners of thus business know this management and tammi in particular is a very bad employee. I recommend reading the book good to great by Jim Collins. This book will teach you thy you need to get the wrong people off the bus ( that being your business and firing the people that hurt it) and getting the right people on the bus (the people that will help your business grow. Message to owner these people need to go and you will have much more success and growth.

All staff is great people we had misunderstandings that we solved we might not agree but Manager Tammi, Tiffany, Brenda are the most nicest people that will help you or do the best at their hands. It is a good place to rent one thing put more lights in the front entrance and zero tolerances to gang activity in recent months. Place is clean an 👍

I had a good experience living here. Staff is nice and professional. A huge thumbs up to the few on the maintence crew, always hard working and quick to respond to work requests. Only down side is parking yes it's limited but it's mainly the renters fault for not parking in their garages which is considered your primary parking spot. Apartments are in good condition along with community areas.
