SLAP J
This was not an enjoyable experience. I won a pair of ice mono yeezy, but because it didn’t say SLAPJ on my ID, they didn’t give me the pair. I called corporate and they spoke with the people there who verified my GA Status number and information and it showed exactly who I am. It shows the active reservation on my account matching the GA status number. All of my information matches and they wouldn’t sell me my pair. I am easy to identify and verify as the customer service person from the JD sports themselves told me and the store manager. They chose to make it difficult and when I asked to see the policy they couldn’t show me. Lilly was the store manager that could’ve helped but chose to not give me the pair and then says that Letty Gordon, the DM told her that she could not sell to me even though all of my information matches my status account to my ID. This was a horrible feeling because these were a gift for someone. You guys are pretty awful and discriminatory for this. I will definitely be speaking to an executive and a lawyer.

Backdoored unannounced raffle, giving less tickets than they should. Employees lie to your face to get the shoe for themselves. Get a different staff.

I didn't think I could get as horrible service as I did in a Finish Line than I experienced today. The break in communication between employees caused me to interact with 3 employees when all I wanted were 2 pairs of Nikes on their display wall. The first employee brings me the wrong size and bails completely, after about 15 minutes of waiting and looking at other shoes, I walked over to him now at the register sifting through shoes and he tells me he had a coworker bring my shoes out. After another wait, I get informed that they're still looking for my shoes...another 10 minutes later, I get my shoes. Then the fiasco with the second pair: their not in stock. I've ordered things online, no big deal, ship it to the store and I'll pick them up...however, "You'll have to pay the shipping." After all this runaround they're going to charge me shipping when come to find out now, shipping is free online. At this point I just wanted my shoes and to get out of there, but first let's allow the employee helping me to disappear and I'll wait a bit more. Finally someone noticed me standing after a dozen customers ring up their purchases and returns and helps me purchase my shoes as well as place my order for the shoes out of stock. Word of advice, just go to FootLocker a few yards away. Their service is far more appreciable towards customers.
