Elmer gave us great service, he was very knowledgeable and able to suggest bikes based on the different needs/skill level of me and my gf. Unlimited repairs is an awesome feature of their shop.

Good selection and helpful staff, the prices were higher than other shops but I was in a hurry and willing to pay the convenience fee for the parts I needed.

Same as anywhere else.Must wear mask inside the premises and social distance.All employees wear masks.

usually bike shops will buy back when you upgrade. don't know if they will just buy though.
i recently looked up a buyback from a dealer near me on a bike i payed 4600 90 days ago, and the highest price offered was just under $3k, so if you can stand dealing with buyers you will be able to keep an additional $1k in your pocket to help with your new upgrade
