Easily the best gym in all Allied Gardens / San Carlos / La Mesa combined. I've been a member here for over 6 years now and have never had a reason to leave. Genuine customer service, clean, every machine/equipment you could need. Also love all the outdoor turf area. And now the newly added infrared sauna is a premium feature we get at our neighborhood gym! 10/10

Love this gym! I am in town for a 3 month rotation and found this gem! Everything I ever wanted and need in a gym is here and everyone is amazing! The trainers are so friendly and Josh is so good at greeting me by name when I walk in!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I think it varies depending on the specials their running. Around thirty a month. They used to do price match if you tell them how much you were paying elsewhere, I'd bring it up.
Hi Karen, Yes TruSelf Sporting Club does, depending on the type of Silver Sneakers program you have, you will also receive 2 complimentary appointments with the Nationally Recognized Personal Trainers and a one time 15 massage. All you have to do is scan your issued card on the iPad located at the Front Desk, and that's it!
