Just had my second visit to this gym, I had a personal trainer, Isaac, help me out with some workout/nutrition stuff. I was pleasantly surprised because it was much more thorough and in-depth than what I expected. Isaac was very patient, understanding, and super knowledgeable the whole time. I felt very comfortable discussing my fitness/health goals and working out with him. I did end up getting a pretty good workout in.

Jovan really cares about LA Fitness, but more importantly, he cares about people and their health. Not just his clients but anyone who walks through the doors. He takes his time discussing with you what the best plan would be for your to reach your goals. He is professional and genuinely kind. I highly recommend Jovan for all your health & fitness needs! Also this is one of the best gyms I’ve been to. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful, and I thoroughly enjoyed the water aerobics class!

I’ve tried to have LA fitness fix these kind of problems, but it has always been a let down. Been coming here for over 15 years and there has always been some kind of issue when it comes to this gym. Here are some issues I’ve experienced: I come here to play basketball, but the court and flooring are always messed up or dusty. I’ve never seen them maintain the court EVER. They might sweep and mop, but the court needs an entire refinish. THE RIM IS HELD ON MY TAPE!!! (See photo) Men’s toilets are constantly not working and or flooding. Two Racquetball courts have been out of commission since the start of the pandemic. (See photo) Exposed electrical outlets (see photo) I just don’t understand how a gym like La Fitness can continue to conduct business like this. I’ve tried to tell management about these issues time and time again and they continue to just say “yes, we know!”

Pretty decent gym. Equipment is maintained, but a noticeable portion of staff are less than friendly and will in fact ignore you. Sometimes equipment isn't picked up weights and medicine balls all over the floor.
