I went into the store on 4/2 because I wanted to use my expired $10 coupon for my birthday. I immediately recognized the clearance sign in the back and was happy that they had a BOGO sale. Found me a couple items which I really loved. One of the ladies I think her name was, Yami asked if I needed help and if I was looking for anything in particular. I told her I was just looking and she checked on me a couple times to make sure I was doing okay. I eventually told her that I had a coupon for my bday that I wanted to use and she asked me if I was a rewards member and I told her yes. She got my name and phone number and talked to the manager, Lisa I believe about my situation. They were so kind. I know they don’t honor expired coupons anymore but the manager went out her way to make this an exception for me. I went to checkout and had a question about the line items on the receipt to get some clarification. The young lady listened so well and was able to explain my receipt in a way that made sense to me and she was so patient. All the ladies were so kind from start to finish and treated me with respect. Thanks Yami, Ivy, and Lisa for your kindness and patience with me. I’ll be back soon!
