I love Wawa and since my job takes me all over I’ve been to more stores then I can count. This is by far the worst I’ve seen. The shelves weren’t stocked to the point that many were empty and the service was awful. The register lines were backed up across the store while half the employees messed around. One employee in particular, I think his name was Ty, was yelling to other employees, making jokes, laughing and every other word out of his mouth was a curse. There were several children in the store! I am a business owner myself and if this was one of my employees they would be fired on the spot. I’m glad my son wasn’t with me. This Wawa is awful! It’s like they gathered up a bunch of kids, gave them no rules or directions and said “Ok, go run this store.” Just terrible!

First time and last time there. I ordered two hoagies, one was wrong…totally wrong and a customer who was there made a comment to her son about a young man who makes the orders “leaves the sandwiches naked” and to “make sure he gets it right”, I said in my mind “oh boy” and my experience was not good. Then, hardly any coffee lids or cups, the coffee area wasn’t that clean imo, it looked like no one wiped anything down in a while. No coffee cup holders! I asked for one, a girl curtly said “no” and went on making a specialty drink. I live 5 minutes from here, I will go to the other one that is 15 mins from me when it reopens. I was super disappointed and it explains why a lot of the orders I get from doordash are meh, I won’t be ordering from this Wawa anymore in person or via app.

Usually love wawa. But this Wawa has bad service and forget people’s order. Food not properly made. Don’t call out numbers when food is done. They get mad if people ask them about there order. Would give them a zero if I could.

Wawa quality across the board has gone down badly and prices keep going up. I’ve been a huge Wawa fan my whole life. The last few years I’ve been noticing the decrease in food quality. As of today I will no longer be a Wawa deli customer.
