They deserve no stars. I paid $55 2 months ago for a new battery. I had bought a battery almost 2 years ago for a different watch battery. I took both in today and was told that the one I got a new battery from them 2 months ago, that I didn’t get a new battery and it wasn’t written inside the watch like the other one. The guy argued with me that it must have been a different watch and if I wanted him to service the watch that I brought in I needed to pay him $55. He’s the man who did it 2 months ago. So because HE DIDN’T DO HIS JOB, I was responsible to pay another $55??? They don’t deserve my business again or anyone else’s.

High Quality work, Fast service. Pricing/Quoting is a bit 'spontaneous' and done 'visually' by the front counter person. Did not see any pricing structure guidelines posted.

Love this place they always do a great job. I even took my mom's necklace and my dad's ring ( both of who have passed) they fixed them back to the original look.

I brought my chain in to be wielded together after it popped. When i picked it up its was shorter then before i dropped it off. The asain dude at the front deck was very unprofessional to say the least. My wife had to ask me to leave before things escalated. If over this place. Shame on you and your whole dynasty.
