My 9 year old son has been seeing Eric and Kristen at Longevity in Bressi and they've been slowly getting him walking since his cast has been off and now he's in the air cast! They do an excellent job of doing exercises that my son can relate to since he loves soccer! His at home exercises are manageable and they're motivating him to get back out on the field after a broken leg!

Longevity is definitely by far the best physical therapy group in San Diego. All 3 of their locations are top notch. My family and I have been going there for years, every time we have an injury. Brett is amazing. My college daughter came home for spring break with a back injury from basketball, and Brett took the time to diagnose and treat her right away. Thank you Brett!

I most highly recommend Longevity Physical Therapy! They provided superior service in helping to rehab my hip and back, following an accident. All of the therapists were extremely professional and thorough. I especially would like to thank Kristen and Rachel for their outstanding work. If you need PT, do yourself a favor and call Longevity Physical Therapy. ( I went to their Bressi Ranch location).

I am extremely satisfied with the physical therapy services I am receiving from Longevity. The one on one sessions with Rachael, PT, DPT, are very productive in helping me to strengthen my left arm after dislocating my elbow. Specifically, the 40 minute intense sessions with a highly qualified professional are providing the assistance I need to eliminate pain and regain my arm strength and range of motion that was so badly injured. I highly recommend Longevity to anyone who is in need of physical therapy services.

California is a direct-access state, meaning you can receive physical therapy treatment without a prescription from a physician. At your initial evaluation, your Physical Therapist may be able to diagnose your problem. However, certain insurances may require a physician referral in order to cover your PT visits. Call our office and our Front Office Specialist will be happy to verify benefits with your insurance company.
A large percentage of our practice is performed on a “cash pay” basis. We will provide you with a thorough Home Exercise Program to allow you to do much of the work on your own.
Most physical therapy appointments last for approximately one hour. If this is your first visit, please expect to be here for 60 to 75 minutes.
Please wear comfortable athletic clothing, as well as athletic shoes and socks.
We accept most PPO insurances, including but not limited to this list. Aetna Anthem/BlueCross Align Networks Blue Shield of California Cigna HealthNet Commercial Medicare Multi-Plan PHCS Scripps EPO Tri-care/Tri-West United Healthcare Workers’ Compensation Insurance
