8 years ago I got laid off from my Law Firm job due to a reduction in BK filings. My dad invited me to live with him in his lovely paradise AKA Laguna Vista Mobile Estates. What a blessing this park has been! Nice neighbors, friendly office, and lovely fountains, lawn, and ducks in the lakes. This is one of the prettiest manufactured parks I have ever seen!

My father has lived here for two decades. Unfortunately Parkinson's and Alzheimer's has turned my idol into someone I don't know anymore.. an angry forgetful lost person who was recently granted a restraining order against me. Not sure how since I've never assaulted or threatened him. But the mgmt office has not answered my calls after my initial inquiry and instead contacted my vengeful sister against my objections. Her negativity toward me clouds any reasonable thought process and has for a decade. She is doubting that this important social security code has been sent to the main address on fire which is my fathers. We also have the same name which complicates things but different middle initial I've done this three times already so here comes number four. ONCE AGAIN I DON'T NEED TO GO THERE. I JUST NEED THE CODE THAT THEY ARE SENDING SO I'M GOING TO EMAIL YOU A PICTURE OF SSI.gov.response then hopefully some sort of professional can help me. Wow

If you live here, then God has smiled upon you, because the people here are welcoming, inviting and the people that manage the place are probably some of the best people I’ve ever met my entire life. No joke. I’m claiming LVME forever - just stay off the wood planks!!! You will unleash untold and unimagined consequences. I think the upside down is under those canals….

Very calm and quite. Several large lakes so many places have water front lots. The weather is exceptional with a nice cool ocean breeze..many activities for people of our age..even a wood shop..yoga..pool aerobics..craft room..room for large gatherings in special social room..the weather is enough to make us downsize.

Im.not sure about rent. It's about a 10-15 min drive to buccaneer beach. There is 1 up for sale. Dont remember the space number.
Rent control which increases slightly based on an index. Different lots have different rent amounts based on size and location. ie some on the lake might be more. Monthly is space rent plus water/trash...does not include gas, electric or cable. Mine on perimeter with water/trash is around $625-$650. Base around $550 maybe.

I don't know but I think they're places that if you are turning 55 within 6 months they allow that. Our place in AZ allows that.
These are trailers that you purchase and pay a monthly fee for the space. You can't rent at this park
It has a clicker gate or code, in a safe area. The managers of the park are so on top of the safety of the park. You have Stater Bros and Albertsons 5 minutes away, police and fire station as well. There are more than 3 golf courses near, great restaurants, and you're 10 minutes from the coast.

No, there is not a size or weight limitation. Certain agressive breeds are not permitted. It's a nice place to walk a dog with grassy areas well spaced with nice views of the lakes. You cannot leave a dog outside unattended.
