Well the management down there at the lamplighter have been more then in accommodating to us here at Red Rooster Roofing Inc. While we have been making all that nosie re-roof there units. Several of the residents (or at least vehicles exiting the complex) don't watch for pedestrians crossing the entrance/ exit on the sidewalk. It's a blind exit but the complex put up a mirror so drivers could see pedestrians. I walk my dogs past the complex daily and have almost been hit by a car multiple times because they are not watching when they exit. Drivers are frequently looking to their left for oncoming traffic but don't even glance to the right for pedestrians before they attempt to exit to the right.

Best Residents! Having managed everything from Million dollar homes to low income apartments and everything in between I have to say the residents at Lamplighter are the kindest and most easy to work with people I have experience. I live in the park and really feel at home here.

With each turn-over in management, this park gets progressively worse. Star Management has not done their homework when hiring, it seems. The current manager "Debbie" does not return calls, harasses residents and guests who are using the "amenities" (pool) and does not seem to have a strong background of dealing with people in a professional manner. With so many choices of homes, this mobile home park would be at the bottom of my list.

They don't treat their tendents well. They will likely tell you they do, and then change their mind like they love to do. Don't move there.
There is at least 1 for sale. Pets are allowed. 1 dog, less than 20 pounds. No dangerous breeds

Some of the tenants do have roommates and some folks here do rent out rooms. They do allow indoor dogs but if your renting a room that would also have to be approved by the home owner.
