This is a wonderful community to live in period the neighbors are nice and friendly it's very quiet and so close to the beach there's a trail that takes you right there I love it here the only reason I'm leaving is because my daughter lives in New York it's a bit too far away from me

This place is a senior mobile home park

We love Oceanside. We live in AZ in a mobile home. Would like to know rents (low to high) plus additional charges p/m. Love Bucaneer Bay Beach. Are you close? How often do homes come up for sale? Can they be viewed on-line?

In my opinion rent can easily be double what you pay in AZ. The range is wide but on the high end. 2 incomes would help with expenses. I read meters in mobile home parks almost daily and see many mobile homes for sale. Anywhere from Oceanside to Encinitas or san Marco's and vista.. yes some can be viewed online. Some are family parks and some are 55+. Some have also HOA fees. Are you looking to stay in a mobile home park?

There is one listed on Redfin for $124,000 +/-. However, it is a 55+ senior community. If you need a Realtor call Chase Bell, he’s great and super nice.
