Please do everything you can to make sure your loved one does not attend this facility. This is the most disheveled organization, not just rehab or medical facility, that I have ever had the displeasure of coming across. No one knows what anyone needs to do. Their favorite thing is to kick the can down the road to the next person or day, and even then nothing gets done. They will make it impossible to contact anyone with any knowledge of their processes. It is inhumane that this facility is still open and I hope the city of Jacksonville rethinks any commitment they have with the River Regions chain of companies. I will be contacting every relevant person Jacksonville that will entertain a conversation and make sure they know that this organization is as unprofessional and unsophisticated as a business/service can be.
