Solutions For Change is an amazing organization with a great cause! Homelessness is affecting many individuals in the San Diego area and their mission to spread awareness and stop the spread of a phenomenon called The Churn, a cycle of poverty, homelessness, and insecurities. Love volunteering for this organization!

My time with Solutions for Change just started but I can already tell that this is an amazing organization and I am truly inspired by all the work that they do to better this community. They have inspired me to become more educated about poverty :)

I love my experience volunteering at the Solutions Farm. Going there two to three times a week brings me joy. The purpose of the organization is noble and much needed. I appreciate the opportunity to work alongside the people dedicated to the program. The residents, staff, and other volunteers have all been wonderful. Learning about aquaponics and helping grow delicious lettuce is an added bonus. I encourage you to join.

Hi Tyria, Thanks for asking. Solutions for Change serves homeless families. If you’d like I can have someone reach out to you and provide you a list of places that might be able to help you. Also, have you tried calling 211? They are a very good resource. Take care!
Not necessarily, every situation is considered
You will still be accepted. I recommend keeping your children with you as long as you have childcare set up because you will be required to work at the program.
