The food is always great but the service really sucks. U always have to wait a really long time for them to take ur order and then another long time for the food to be brought out. If u ask for napkins or anything like it takes really long time or they just forget.

Horrible service, if you order through the app be prepared for your order to not have everything. Always double check so you don’t have to go back & forth with them. They always forget something every time, whether it’s an order of wings or fries.

Beer good food is trash. Example good deals on beers but be prepared to be skimped out on anything that has Ultimate before it’s name stick with the small stuff and don’t expect to much of a rebate for undesired foods… ps it’s all managements fault!!

Yesterday we were at this location around 11 something and we were given a table and we’re also provided with a sling. We have always came to this location with my baby in his stroller, never had a problem until yesterday. We told the server we were not going to need the sling since we had the baby in his car seat attached to his stroller. She puts it away and person in charged comes to tell us that our stroller can’t be there because we are blocking the way and they are expected to get busy due to a soccer game. Btw there was still space for people to walk by. My husband told him what was the difference from the stroller being there to the sling being there he said that it was an emergency exit and it had to be clear. Once again whenever we come around the same time we always get seated there. So he says he’s going to find us another table and we were ok with it as we are moving to the other table my husband just asked him like what’s the difference this is the first time they tell us something about a stroller, we have came during the night time when there’s more people. In my opinion where he was going to sit us was more crowded then the original table. As we are waking to the other table he told us well do you want to eat here or not !!?? That did it for me it was unnecessary due to the fact that we had agreed to move yet somehow it bugged him that we asked the difference from a sling and a stroller being in the way. We ended up leaving due to his rude comment we were not being disrespectful nor rude . We had our kids with us the last thing we want is to cause drama but he didn’t care for that . We decided to check around 1230 to see if it was “ busy” and to our surprise it wasn’t yet there was a family sitting at that spot we had to move from with a high chair ! He was very rude and disrespectful, if that’s how a person in charge acts then he needs a bit more training. Very unprofessional. Our last visit we had which was a few weeks ago with my baby in a stroller was nothing like this the server during that time was amazing ! JESSE on the other hand makes me not want to come back again !
