I brought my 7 year old niece in to paint and the associate Amanda was very helpful and sweet. I love all the options to chose from and all the trust and freedom they give the customers using the supplies that I'm sure are very expensive. My niece loved it so much that she asked to be signed up for the summer camp the following week. She has a medical condition and needs constant supervision, so I approached Amanda and Becky to see if they would be willing to let me sit with her while she participated in camp and they agreed without hesitation. Then we invited my other niece to join as well. We are on day 2 of the camp and the girls are having an absolutely wonderful time. They've already made 6 or 7 projects of different media's. The lead instructor, Becky is patient, creative, helpful and so so sweet. As an auntie on a budget, I can't always afford to come here. But every time I do my nieces and I have a great experience.

Apparently on the reciept it explains that if you forget to pick up your peices they will donate them with no warning call. He explained that they have no time and system in place for it and many excuses. However the few times I have been in there the workers seem to not be that busy. I love supporting small businesses, however I did not feel supported as a customer.

Been a customer for over 10 years. Purchased a coupon for 10 hours of studio time for 10$ in 2019 that never expires. There was a misunderstanding about a punch card that I never received. Instead of clearing up the misunderstanding, the owner called me and spoke to me in such a rude and unprofessional way. It was a business decision about honoring a 10$ purchase. She was so very petty and small. I've spent hundreds of dollars here throughout the years. Will not be returning.

Went there for the first time a month ago and was greeted by a worker named Nikki! She helped us out with anything we needed and made the experience definitely an unforgettable one! Went back again a couple weeks ago, and the same worker was there again. Was very respectful towards us and has an especially cheerful attitude! Great pottery selection and overall an amazing time! Would definitely recommend going here, especially when Nikki is working! Very please and happy ❤️
