Great apartments and staff! Waterleaf has all the things you want at a good price. The interiors are new and the gym, pools, community events, and neighbors are all nice.

My 5 star review is for the maintenance member Dave. He was friendly, fixed the problem we had very quickly, and even showed us how to fix the problem ourselves if it came up again.

I unfortunately still live here, and yes there are roaches in these buildings. On top of that, you're forced to pay for services you aren't even receiving. I can't even get them to fix things that have been broken, missing or worn out, and I've been here since October; so make sure everyone is in working condition before you move in. Once this lease is up, I'm moving out and never looking back. Other then that, this place could be more than halfway decent, if these situations are handled properly.

Shout out to Dave & Abel! These guys get it done! Can’t be more grateful to have maintenance guys like them. Great communication. Our wash machine broke down and they were quick to show up and order the part. When it appeared to be more than just that they ended up getting me a brand new washer. I was open to getting a used one as long as it’s quick. But they went above and beyond and grabbed a brand new one. Thank you so much… no more laundry mat for us! One of the main reason we chose to live here was because they had a Washer and dryer and with kids in an apartment is a must!
