I am a single father with 3 girls and homeless. I am looking to join the the program. Is it just for mother's? How does the program work and what school would my girls attend? As of now they are in 1st,2nd and 5th.

Yes, as long as you have legal/physical custody. They would probably go to Maryland. Fill out an application and get on the waiting list asap.

The program takes father's with children. Schools are close by. It's a great program! Call or go by and get an application.
