Do yourself a favor and choose another skilled nursing facility. It took almost one month for this facility to provide a death certificate. We had to put the funeral on hold for over a month. We tried to call the facility Administrator, Director of Nursing, Social Worker and got no calls back. We called daily for weeks only to find no person who would help us.

Resident was miss treated from day one as they say they are under staffed. Staff are disrespectful, unethical and very insensitive. It’s a nightmare to talk to staff. Hygiene and safety of residents are severely comprised because bad staffing and situation gets worse when head of administration doesn’t make staff accountable for their abusive treatment. Staff in addition of administrators are like a mafia manufacturing paperwork right in front of me shamelessly and denying all my concerns. When non of my concerns were resolved I took my loved out of there without her being ready to come back home.

I was a floor technician there for a year. Very under staffed and low pay. I worked 3 positions by myself for over a week! Feces EVERYWHERE! The supervisors are completely unreasonable. The maintenance supervisor cant fix anything, he just calls someone else to fix it. Roto rooter AC contractors etc. I brought residents back into the facility several times that were trying to escape. No one likes it there. So why would u put your loved ones there? The Billionaires that own ithe place own over 30 of them. Greedy for the place to be so filthy

They neglect their patients and their staff are all young people who clearly have no idea what they're doing and or don't have the actual passion for caregiving. My grandma would've lived longer if they had the heart to actually feed her and talk to her, she died from loneliness and malnutrition, NOT covid. And while I understand covid does make it difficult sometimes that's still no excuse for poor treatment, don't become a caregiver if you can't handle all kinds of patients and don't just do it for the money. You get what you pay for ig
