My grandma’s stay here was short and sweet. She was very motivated to come home so she worked hard with physical therapy, who were very encouraging and helped her get strong enough to be safe to come home. She had a nice room by the window which looked outside one of their beautiful patios. Her nurses were nice and seemed to help her as quickly as possible whenever she called. Definitely will be recommending this establishment!

My family chose this facility since it was rated 5 stars and now I see why. The care my family member received was very good. The staff here really go above and beyond. The nurses were always attentive, the therapy team were very encouraging, the facility very clean and the admin staff made time when we needed clarification or had questions on her care. They prepared us for her discharge home and made sure she was safe and ready to do so. Thank you UCC!

This has to be one of the most organized and friendliest staff I have ever worked with. I have only worked here for about 5 months but have quickly fallen in love. The staff truly care about the Residents and are always looking for ways to improve there lives. Very proud each day to be a member here.

The staff has been there for years and the therapy team is incredibly collaborative when approaching their patients' goals. The 5 star Medicare rating is well deserved.
