Positive: The location was great, quick access to the highway and close to everything we were doing. Negative: The beds were not as amazing as I would have though. Everything else was great, but not a very comfortable bed.

Our stay was May 26-29. The room was extremely spacious and it included a refrigerator. We also had our small dog with us. Everyone on the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. After we checked out, I thought I left my medicine. So I immediately called the hotel. The young lady at the front desk actually went to the room and checked. While she was away checking the room, we found the medicine. Our next stay in Columbia will definitely be here.

Everything was perfect except for the clerk who checked us in on Saturday May 22 in the afternoon. We were there for my sons graduation from Mizzou. My step mom is a long time Hilton Honors member. She has had business and personal accounts for years. She acted like she was doing her a huge favor by not charging her an extra 100.00 for switching a king room to 2 queen beds. The room screwup was not my step moms fault. It was reservations. She treated several guests coldly as well.

They often get bed bugs on the 4th floor. I recommend pulling back your bedding and making sure that your sheets are hairless! If they're wrinkled at all the bed has been slept in and I would request a refund rather than trying to switch rooms.
