Awesome staff. Very clean and modern rooms. An actual kitchen is nice when you out on the road for weeks! Nice beds and furniture. They have small gym and nice indoor pool.

Aly working the front desk at night was amazing! She was beyond helpful, so cheery she put us in a good mood after driving with yelling kids all day! She’s the best hotel employee I’ve ever encountered in my very, very extensive travels!

The staff here are incredibly nice and accommodating. I've stayed here twice and it's in a great location in relation to Mizzou and downtown Columbia. The rooms were dated, but clean. We requested a pack n play for our son which we received, but it had definitely seen better days. We requested/paid for king sized beds but received queens (not a big deal to us, but it may be to others). Free breakfast with a fair amount of choices. If you can get a decent price, it's worth the stay.

It was a 5 star stay until the end. The room was great and my kids enjoyed the pool. I reserved the room as a staycation because my kids and I didn't go anywhere for Spring break. things changed when my nieces went back to the room because they forgot something when we were checking out. The housekeeper was in the room. She asked if they were coming back their swim toys, they said no, she proceeds to say " good because I threw them away. When you guys get older you need to tip the housekeepers because this is ridiculous. God doesn't like it when you don't." Mind you I got trash bags from from the front desk and gathered everything. Since they ran out of towels at the front, I personally took our pool towels to the front desk for the staff. A gathered all the dirty linens and stripped the pull out couch. The biggest mess was some chip crumbs on the floor. The fact that she had this discussion with children was inappropriate. I wish I had her name. Great place, great staff at the front and breakfast but one apple can spoil the bunch and she did!
