Very comfortable beds and clean. Service was great; all the staff was friendly, helpful and kind. Breakfast was good. We had two dogs with us and our dog friendly room didn't smell weird like some dog friendly rooms can.

Positive: It was a very nice looking hotel at first Negative: Our hallway & room were extremely humid & hot. Our air conditioner was set to 63 & was still hot. In one room the walls were stained as if someone rubbed coffee grounds onto them and let it drip down. In the other the humidity made it smell like wet dog.

Hotel is very appealing with very nice decor. Found beds to be very comfortable.I used the business center, and was very impressed.The staff was very helpful in assisting my daughter with check-in,she had arrived 2hourrs before i arrived. Will definately visit hotel again.

Front desk staff was extremely rude. I tried to check out this morning, and because they did not properly put my tax exempt on my reservation the lady told me she didn’t have time to do it then and to come back later. When I went back 3 hours later the same lady said she didn’t know if she has done yet. When I approached the desk a couple times the girl behind the desk never said hello, or thank you after our interaction. The walls in this hotel are so thin I was literally able to hear the.guy in the next room blow his nose and expel the gas from his body. I do not recommend. For an executive center there at a nothing plush about it.
