Conveniently located by Faurot Field and connected to the Stadium Grill restaurant. They do a great job of keeping the hotel clean (shot out to the friendly janitors and housekeepers), AND Austin at the front desk was a huge help with my wife's headache. Great selection for the complimentary breakfast as well. Hopefully be back soon!

Definitely worst Hilton experience I’ve ever had. Whirlpool had hair in it. The room had a broken AC, and the only person at the front desk at night was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Told me I could go to a different hotel if I didn’t like this one at 2am. The rest of the staff was very helpful, but the impression was ruined, and I don’t recommend staying here.

The best part about this hotel is the location and the proximity to the University. The staff are also friendly. But unfortunately that is where the good stops. This building is tired and is not clean. The bed skirts were filthy with old food and there were brackets dangerously sticking out of the bed frame. The plumbing is terrible--good luck flushing your toilet (not just our room--I heard many people complaining to the front desk about this issue during our 5 night stay). It snowed several inches while we were there and the walks were not shoveled when we left in the morning (they were shoveled several hours later). And even though I typically roll my eyes when people complain about thin walls in hotels, this truly applies here. I could hear the person snoring in the room next to me. Many in our group had to wait past 5pm for their rooms to be ready on check-in as well. Overall, this was not a good stay and this property does not live up to the Hampton name.

Kindness, Compassion and Service is second to none! Our stay was due to my hubby needing surgery and an overnight stay at the university hospital. Due to inclement weather, we decided to spend another night. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating which can be rare these days. Paige, Taylor and Tammy were absolutely exceptional in every way! These girls totally made us feel welcome and comfortable. Breakfast was freshly made, delicious & plentiful. I highly recommend Hampton Inn & Suites at the University to anyone considering this area!
