Our mattresses are awful. Have you ever seen the first National Lampoon's Vacation? Yeah, that bad . I can't believe I have to sleep here tonight!!!! Hopefully I'll make it through the night without seeing anything else. Just found lipstick on my bedspread. Could have done better at a VRBO or Air B and B. There was trash under both beds in our room. Tortilla chips beside the night stand. 2 stars because of the service, breakfast, and restaurant/bar. Why is there always something wrong with the Hilton garden inn s?

Checked in after being on the road for 14hrs. Asked for a cart to haul my luggage in as i have a toddler. Was told there are only three carts for the hotel and they should be in the entrance. None there. When i asked again they said i should look in the hall way on all the floors. Are you kidding me? I checked into a Hilton not a motel 6. Either buy more carts or police them.
