Very unprofessional. Had an appointment set up as a gift and was contacted the day of the appointment canceling the appointment because of the therapist “not feeling well”. As a business owner, I would not allow this to happen, which if you read other reviews happens frequently. An option the business could have offered was another time slot the same day and perhaps pay an employee to stay over. BUYER BEWARE, choose another location. Very disappointing.
