I dropped off a package this morning at around 11:30 AM whoever that nasty women working the window was should be fired. She had ZERO customer service skills and was very rude and snappy. Not welcoming at all. Please replace this woman with someone more worthy of the position. I didnt say anything to her face because i am a polite person. But she needs feedback for her attitude she gave me and other customer i saw before me.

Well the postal service is always fun to go to especially when the workers seem to not want to help you or give you your mail without a drawn out process!, poor ladies must really be bored with their job!

Desk Staff is rude. They stated that my package had no secure place for delivery even though the carrier delivered another package that very same day. The carrier also didn’t leave a slip so I could go to the post office for pickup. Either my carrier is lazy or she misplaced it and decided it wasn’t worth the hassle to deliver it the next day. It’s been 6 days since they “couldn’t deliver “ yet they have been to my home for 6 different packages in as many days.

I have three packages that no one seems to be able to locate. Two of them said available for pickup, so I went to pick them up. The very large, rude woman in there should really be working in the back where no one has to talk to her because she is incredibly unhelpful and short tempered. All I asked was where my packages were, and she said over and over that they're on the truck. They're not here. They should arrive. Well guess what? Not surprisingly, they have not arrived. I look forward to going back in for another verbal jousting match with dimwitted.
