Hard working staff make the line quick. The lobby kiosk makes it easy to ship after hours.

I’ve been here several times in the past 18 months. Every clerk I’ve had was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Even when the lines were long the clerks were calm and genuinely present. Bravo!

I pay a annual fee for a Po Box Every time I go there to pick up the mail my Po Box is always full with huge local advertisement magazines. When I requested a post office employee to stop junk mail to my Po Box I was informed that " we can not stop that, they pay us to deliver the mail Madam",to which I reply I am paying the Po Box for business mail not to have junk mail. They just don't care.

Didn’t deliver my package because the package was too big? Even though they have delivered the same item to my house before. And they didn’t bother to put the smaller item I ordered in the mailbox because it was full? I looked at the mailbox it was empty. I scheduled redelivery and it’s been a couple days and nothing. Oh yea and getting a hold of them is a joke. You want to know if a business sucks? See if they avoid their customers. They probably don’t want to talk to you because they know your are mad about their incompetent service. Or lack of service that is. USPS should stand for (useless stupid poor service)

Probably took it to the wrong address same thing happened to me a couple of weeks ago and they told me to contact the sender for a refund
Because they would be on the phone allllll day. If you have an issue go to the hub!
If it is this PO it's 97526
Happens more often than you think. A couple years back, tracking said my ebay purchase was in my po box. It was not. None of the folks who had adjacent po boxes got it either. I complained to the staff at the retail counter. I got a shrug and a grunt that sounded something like "sorry." So I was out $50. They wouldn't process a claim because tracking indicated delivery. A week later, our neighborhood mail carrier left someone else's new license plates on my porch. I hand-delivered those myself. USPS is an agency in rapid decline.
If you are talking about setting up a forwarding address after you move, then you can either fill out a change of address form at USPS.gov, or visit the post office and fill out the form there. But this only gives you 6 months of mail forwarding, and in that time period you need to update all of your bills and contacts and such with your new address.
In a high theft area, getting anything sent to an unattended mailbox is not very safe to begin with, much less a juicy looking Amazon (I am guessing lol) box. There is also the option of getting it delivered to the post office if you have a PO Box, they now have a service where you can use the post office street address as your delivery address, and then you pick it up at the PO. You will have to talk to them to sign up for the service.
You will need to go in and ask in person, GP post office doesn't answer the phone, even if you get the right number (the one on the USPS page is disconnected lol)
No, mail usually either flies or hides, but it doesn't usually run
I would only recommend it if you are planning to have it sent to a different town. Grants Pass post office is one of the worst ones out there. Their lack of respect for people's belongings and inability to do their job basically guarantees that your package will be handled extremely poorly, if you get the package at all. My recommendation would be to send it to a friend's house via FedEx or UPS.
