Poor customer service, first they didn't read the GIANT SIGN ON MY DOOR that says I can't hear them knock. They've picked me up before but it seems they need a 3rd party to understand how to follow directions. Even when I call in they're supposed to call me if I don't answer, or knock on the WINDOW. That's what the sign says too, knock on the WINDOW I can't hear the door. Very poor customer service when I need these appointments now and are urgently important. Don't trust them to get you to your appointments on time or follow directions for disabled people. You have to be able enough to walk out to the street and stand.

First of all I would like to say that Ronnie went above and beyond what any driver does. He was exemplary in all the qualities you would want in a driver. He was on time. And that alone is hard to find in a non emergency medical driver. He also loaded me into the van with care you never see in this setting. Me being in a wheel charge is hard for anyone to load but my chair is on particularly difficult to get into a van. But he did it with great attention to detail. Beyond the physical part of the job he was great at the vebal side as well. He made me feel as if I mattered to the company, and that not easy to do. I want to finish in saying we need more drivers like Ronnie in this industry, he really makes it obvious he cares about the customer/patient. Whatever ready ride is doing in their hiring practices they are doing it right with this driver. Keep it up Ready Ride and mostly keep it up Ronnie. You guys are Amazing!!!!

Hi Marie! Good question. You are eligible for non-emergency transportation service through ReadyRide (1) if you are a member of AllCare Health, and (2) you have no means of transportation to get to your covered medical appointments. If neither of these criteria apply to you, you may be eligible under another health plan (i.e. Jackson Care Connect), but then your transportation would be through a different company. We also provide transportation for a fee to people who are not covered by a Oregon Health Plan/Medicaid plan like AllCare.
ReadyRide is a non-emergency medical transportation company that provides transportation to either (1) people who are members of AllCare Health (OHP) and have no means of transportation, and also for (2) "private pay" rides for people who want to pay out of pocket for non-emergency medical transportation. We often make pharmacy trips if it's a part of a persons transportation going to or coming from a covered medical appointment. If a person is paying for the transportation out of pocket (private pay) we can transport them to a pharmacy with or without an associated medical appointment.
