Good selection at a reasonable price. Isles are narrow and the clothes racks are full. Staff seem to friendly and efficient.

Ross GP has gone DOWNHILL! I used to enjoy shopping there. Haven't much since the pandemic. I had shopped at Goodwill & Harbor Freight and had cart from with toddler already strapped in. Ross had had cart rule wag before pandemic that their carts aren't allowed out of store, which makes it very challenging when transporting purchases to vehicle with children. I know they're not super in black given a person I know is being cut hours. One employee (who wasn't wearing a mask properly) said it was because of the virus. Another younger gal I attempted to have a civil conversation barely looked me in they eye. I understand she's trying to do her to job, but leaving Harbor Freights cart outside while I shopped was fine (I doubt HF is as weird) instead if returning it after shopping, but having in Ross is not. From what I did see while in there as of now, merchandise wise I would rather buy less from more expensive and quality places, or go to Goodwill. Personal opinion overall of course, but I prefer rules that make sense. Easier to blame pandemic & what works best for their store.

Really great place to get a good value purchase of general household items, clothing, cosmetics, toys, and other nick-knacks. There is often a pretty good selection for all these mentioned and more. It usually just takes a little time to look around and sort through things to find what you are looking for (took me 30 min to find some boxers that fit me - mediums). Other than that, the employees could work a little harder on keeping the store organized and free of product clutter on the ground caused by careless and disrespectful customers. Obviously this is not the employees or the 'stores' doing. Nevertheless, it is their jobs to maintain the operation of the store for the customers, i.e. cleanliness or walkability. It would be wise to go and peruse to see if it can meet your needs. Your wallet will be happy too.

I work there. We have a fantastic return policy. If you dont have your receipt just make sure you have your picture ID. You will get store credit without a receipt.

I was there the other day and they did have some formal dresses both long and short but not sure if they would be considered gowns or not, I think it depends on what it's for. U could also check out Goodwill as they have wedding gowns and other formal gowns as well. Just a thought.

Yes they have jewelry...not a huge selection but sometimes you can find some good deals on nice brands. They keep the jewelry in a locked display case.
On Tuesdays. It is for seniors (55 and over). You do need to sign up for every Tuesday club though.
