I've been here 4 times and 50% of the time the Chinese food is not hot. I think it depends on time. But my mom and I ate there tonight and it was so cold that we thought the warmers were off. My mom mentioned it to manager and the manager seemed defensive and said it's because we move around grabbing a variety of food causing it to cool down. We were just notifying her to be helpful not to make a complaint and it did seem we upset her so we agreed with her to end conversation and then got out of there. Maybe she's right but I have been to the Chinese buffet in Cheney and the one on CDA way more than 4 times and no matter how much food I grab or how much walking I do... it is never cold by time I get to my table. So the Chinese food is hit and miss but the sushi has never let me down. I enjoy their sushi bar and the variety they offer! It is always what I mostly get filled up on. The price is more expensive compared to the other Chinese buffets. It cost over $40 to eat dinner for 2 with two waters whereas the Chinese buffet in Cheney cost $38 for a dinner of 3 with two waters and one pop. But it is understandable as to why they are more expensive. They have a huge variety of foods!

Especially in these post-COVID times, we make an effort to be kind and appreciative toward people in the food service industry, but our patience was sorely tried tonight. I thought that the salad bar looked a bit funky, but I overlooked it. When we sat down to eat, it seemed fine until the last few bites, when I saw that there was literally mud in the bottom of my plate! I showed one of the servers, who just took the plate away without comment. Later, my husband mentioned that the restrooms needed servicing, and was curtly told that they were very busy. They’ll be a bit less busy now, because they won’t be burdened by a return visit from us.

Well to start off they have it say lunch special is 10.99 mon through Saturday 11-4pm we show up at 1pm they charge us full price.... I will say most of the food is what you should expect for an all day buffet. The peanut chicken is delicious on the other hand the veggie rolls just lack taste and texture. Yes the place does look like it could use some touch ups and maybe some better overall cleanliness but not to bad of an experience. O and there ice sucks.

Customer service, TERRIBLE. Food BAD. The sushi looked extremely questionable we didn’t even bother trying it. A lot of the food looked old. Most of the protein was either extremely chewy or hard. Flavor lacked. Most of what I ate I didn’t even know what it was because nothing was labeled. The noodles and rice were the most decent things on the buffet so I ate almost just that it seemed. My toddler who eats just about anything you give him spit out almost everything I gave him. After we got our food dished up, we had to stand there waiting for a table to be cleaned!!! And not even just for a quick minute or two but for what seemed like forever! That was so awkward! There were so many empty tables but not a single clean one. This experience was so disappointing it’s not worth a second chance. Nothing from tonight’s experience was good. Way over priced for a terrible dining experience. Hands down would not recommend.
