Bellevue Healthcare went above and beyond to help in a critical situation. I was shopping for a CPAP supplies that broke the day before I left the country. This was the only company in town that could get my supplies to me before leaving for a month. The employees rushed orders and took care of everything to make sure I had the supplies for the trip. The customer service was second to none and I will always use Bellevue Healthcare Spokane for all my needs. I recommend them without reservation. Thank you!

The entire staff at Bellevue Spokane turned my day from ranting and raving, in a really unacceptable fashion, dealing with the phone system, to a bright sunshiny day. Enough of that. I do not recall the lady's name who met me. Her poise and calm demeanor meeting an old, grumpy guy set the tone for resolution of my problem. The head shed better give everyone a pay raise (including the head cleaners), or they will be lured away. If you need anything from bed pads to power chairs go to Spokane's Bellevue store on 2nd St. People will let you turn left when the light changes too.

NOBODY will answer the phone!!! I have called for 2 days and numerous times a day. All it does is ring and ring over and over....then tells you all agents are busy and to leave a message. Not sure if that is how they work because they want your name and number before giving out info.....not sure, but I am at a loss! Unfortunately not many medical supply companies in Spokane now and they know you don’t have many options. Not a wonderful way to be introduced to their company.

I recently fractured my ankle and the customer service and care at Bellevue Healthcare has been exceptional! Everyone I have spoken with including Nate has gone above and beyond to help me with my questions. I was so impressed that they also delivered to my home, it made it so seamless and stress free. We also have high-low and bariatric beds available for rent, as well as bed accessories (like tilt-top tables and trapeze). Rental power recliners (lift chairs) are available for $300/month.
