We rented vests and coats from Men's Warehouse for our wedding and all the guys looked soo amazing that we are going back to purchase a vest and coat for my Hudband from them. They were super easy to work with and everything looked amazing!

I've never been so disappointed. Six people working on less clients, while we milled around for about ten minutes; and not one person even so much as said hello to us. Even while standing around the register with a shirt to purchase. I've spent more money on clothing in this store than any other and I'm appauled by the lack of care i saw today. The entire shop is a mess and no longer well organized. I would have been more than happy to wait or come back another time if asked or even acknowledged. We laid down our choice and left. The one star needed to create a review is too generous.

We ordered a tuxedo rental online from Men’s Wearhouse online and it was delivered to the Spokane location. We were notified that it was in, two days prior to my son’s senior prom. I took him in to try it on and as they were pulling it out the pants that were delivered were for the size of a toddler which had nothing to do with the Spokane location since it was ordered online and came from Texas. I immediately panicked being that prom was two days away and there would be no time to re-order and have a new pair of pants sent. Jake immediately stepped in apologizing for the error (that had nothing to do with the Spokane location) and went above and beyond searching for a back up pair that would match the tux jacket. He found a size that was close to my son’s size but then even went further and had their seamstress alter them to fit perfect. A second gentleman stepped in and noticed that the tie was a mismatch and also went above and beyond trying to find a match until one was made. Thank you Jake and the second gentleman for all your hard work!!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Do not go here. SHOP ELSEWHERE! I came in a week ago, was never greeted, and wandered the store for 20 minutes ready to check out, to only finally stumble upon a sign-in sheet 12 people long. I placed my order online instead for a pickup, and the same thing happened again. I timed my wait this time, and I was not greeted for 8 minutes. When I was finally greeted I was told I had to get on the waitlist, even just to pick up my online order. I waited 20 minutes to get my order. The woman who grabbed my order was VERY nice, and apologized profusely, saying how she’s so sorry because this should have been the quickest pick-up since my order was already waiting at the front counter. Absolutely the poorest customer service experience. It should by no means take 6 employees and almost 10 minutes later (not exaggerating), before you’re even acknowledged. If I ever buy from here again it will be online with delivery to my home.
