Wonderful nurses and doctors. If ranking on staff and doctors and nurses, I would give 5 stars. Two stars because you have the worst care time line. A business matter, I assume. Waited weeks for a visit with doctor, for a PET SCAN, for follow up visit after bone biopsy. Very nasty schedulers. It will be a total of 7+ weeks from time I had MRI results and a primary diagnosis of metastatic breast cancer gone to the bone (stage 4) before I am seen to discuss treatment options!! Seriously? This is my life. Was treated for Endometrial cancer and breast cancer at MGH and their satellite at Emerson Hospital, and never waited longer than a day or two for care or to see my oncologist. Dana Farber, you better start hiring more techs, nurses, doctors…whomever you need to run more efficiently. Your timeline for care is awful. And the reviews from those receiving current care seem to suggest that once a care plan is in place, actual visits might be just as inefficient with people waiting hours to receive care! How much did your crack team of Administrators earn last year, exactly? In addition, your business office can’t seem to find Health New England insurance, my add on gap plan for Medicare. This despite two calls to them and photo copying the front and back of my card for them. Got an automated reply saying they couldn’t find the plan and asking whether I got the member number right. No reply was permitted so I guess another phone call it is!!

I went Tuesday morning witch seems to be the busiest. I had my Chemo treatment it took 4 to 5 hours they're always backed up but are always friendly and offter food and drinks

3 stars for the many kind doctors and nurses who assist my father with his care. I would normally rate it higher, but as other reviewers have mentioned, they keep patients waiting for 5-6 hours for a simple cancer treatment. Most of my father's time is spent waiting hours for bloodwork or for a doctor to show up. Not nearly as efficient as they could be, but the people are always nice, which is why I give it 3 stars.

I would have given 5 stars, if the front desk woman that checked me in wasn’t so rude to me. The rest of the staff was amazing.
