I was in the market for a pickup truck, and I decided to go to Northtown since it had reasonable reviews. When I first got there I had a warm welcome, however that slowly diminished throughout my experience. On the way to look at the pickup, the salesman started smoking and it was hard to not get it in my eyes and lungs. The pickup I looked at was nice and so I decided to look at different pricing options. The car salesman seemed frustrated that I kept asking for different quotes and to take off their warranty that wasn’t worth it. He then tried getting me to sign the back of piece of paper to “make sure I was serious”. The front if the paper was the agreement to the terms. I was SHOCKED! From the point on I knew that they didn’t care about my finances or situation, they only cared about the commission. While the vehicles might be nice, the customer service was unacceptable and I would advise against this business.
