Maybe you should take care of all your employees blocking every parking spot in front of MY HOUSE for blocks. Instead of giving ME a stupid ticket for fitting into the ONLY spot available for blocks. Ridiculous and disappointing. Get your priorities straight

Went into room 200 for family law to file a petition for step parent adoption. First woman, Hispanic, kicks my husband and son out and rolls her eyes. I asked her to not be rude and speak to me differently. She rolled her eyes again. And said what do you need? I asked to speak with someone else. She goes in and complains to a woman and this old tattooed woman comes up looking super tacky to be working in a court office. As I was telling my her what I was needing she stops me and says “I’ll tell you straight up we don’t deal with step parent adoption go hire a lawyer” and walked away. By far the tackiest place I’ve ever stepped foot in. They ask you not to have foul behavior and treat you like trash the second you walk in.

Spacious accommodations. Decent food. Friendly staff. Not many Air B and Bs offer a bath on check in, room service, medical staff as needed, or the free use of color crayons like this B and B. I would give it 10 stars if I could. I will definitely recommend being arrested here to friends.

I have always loved the building. It is like a giant French Chateau. They definitely don't put that kind of design into public buildings these days.

Yes
Check out courts.wa.gov
File it with the clerk
Unfortunately no. Technically, if you miss, you can get a warrant recall and they will reschedule your court date. However, cops do not have to abide by the warrant recall this you may very well still get arrested should you happened to come into contact with the police. Plus, you're less likely to get OR'ed in the future with having had FTA's on your history. With all of that said, lately, with the pandemic, a lot of court dates are being rescheduled or pushed out. So, Google how to look up your court dates for superior court in Spokane, Washington and you should be able to see if yours happens to be one that that's happening with. Good luck.

You really need to talk to a lawyer about that. Public defenders are available at no cost. Apply at the office of pretrial services in the courthouse annex to see if you qualify financially. Otherwise you'll have to hire a lawyer.
All kind of tickets can be paid under 10 minutes because they have more than 2 cashier windows.
Google "Spokane county court viewer" and follow the prompts.
I signed a POA coming out of surgery last year. I have no record of it as my wife left me the next day. The Vancover, Wa. Police wanted me to call and check if a POA was ever filed or? I know nothing about them only I was abused by my x wife and the police have started a case. So, I call S. Court over and over without a phone pick up. Tried emailing the clerk himself. But couldn't. Check with them - you may be able to get waiver of filing fees if you can't afford it - also cheaper if you do papers yourself
You should contact a lawyer
You have to ask them about it
All of them.
