I signed a POA coming out of surgery last year. I have no record of it as my wife left me the next day. The Vancover, Wa. Police wanted me to call and check if a POA was ever filed or? I know nothing about them only I was abused by my x wife and the police have started a case. So, I call S. Court over and over without a phone pick up. Tried emailing the clerk himself. But couldn't. I'm sure it had to be filed at the Clerks Office. I would start there. Make sure to bring any paper work or reference numbers you may have, because they are not mind readers.
