The service here at the spokane wa. Facility was amazing I have been working with the lady at the rental department (ilean) for a few months and she has been nothing but helpful getting me in a very nice vehicle. I have nothing but good things to say about her. Would and will recommend Ryder over Penske after dealing with both companies.

Been here 3 times and they where great. Every one in the service department was professional but the lady that dose rentals I reckon she might go to Walmart and Buy her self a personality all and all I love coming here Although it is tight with the trailer

Wish I could say I enjoyed going here. I stopped by to get a headlight replaced and when I went in the shop there was a mechanic yelling across the shop at the person working in the parts room. I don’t remember the yellers name I just know he had a beard. And it’s also come to my attention that most times I enter the shop the garage doors are open and Anthony is barely standing outside the shop smoking cigarettes. This makes the whole shop smell awful and makes me feel like I’m in need of a respirator. definitely my least favorite stop of the day.
