Do not join. They will steal your money. I moved and tried to use my account they said it had expired so I needed a new one, turns out they were double dipping and no one is responsible because they are franchised out. “Oh that’s a different planet fitness, we can’t refund your money even though we lied and said you needed a new account”. They make it impossible to cancel and random maintenance fees stack up. Still paying for this gym. So far they’ve cost me over a grand. Don’t join.

Very easy to join for reasonable cost. Can bring a friend or family member, and no wild hoops to jump through when you need to cancel a membership. Eli was very helpful and I have 0 complaints.

It's a fine gym. But so far everytime I've gone in. I l have scheduled a tanning bed. They say it'll be a few. Which is fine. I totally understand. But while I'm sitting there waiting two other people came in for a bed and they got it? I've been sitting here for the past 20 mins. And this isn't the first time this has happened. So annoying.

The facility is clean and organized. The staff are polite. The app is great, and it even lets you know how busy the gym is ahead of your visit.
