I went to the office twice and they didn’t let me in and when I call them for appointment, they dont pick up the phone for hours and if they do they want you to send them your original documents which is not safe in SF these days. Worst customer service. They should close the office and stay home… I m very disappointed

Nice quick service. No need to come early. The line moves pretty fast. Check-in is straight forward via kiosk that gives you a number. I came in the morning before opening. But after 15 min I was free to go. Great experience!

Amazing! They are very efficient and friendly. The doors opened slightly before 9am to get a cache of people checked in so the clerks could start processing people as soon as possible. I did not have an appointment but only waited 30 minutes! The clerks were all bilingual in English and Cantonese (probably knew more Chinese languages). They called every number in Cantonese as well as English, which I think is very considerate. Nice clean bathrooms. Conveniently located only a few blocks from Montgomery BART/muni-metro station.

These people are so mean and they don’t answer the phone for anyone and when they pick up the phone they put you on hold for hours
