I sent in my application, they emailed me saying the check wasn't going to work with no instructions on what to do next. I have emailed, called a few times and waited for hours on hold. Your business has my passport, I have no idea how to get it back and you have my check and I need to get this sorted. Will someone from Rushmypassport please contact me immediately. Unreal that a business can be ran this way with federal documents. Even with the response from Rush My Passport, I have not received a phone call or email. Rush obviously has my contact information, and my passport and I need this back. There were no instructions in the email referenced in the response by merchant, rather a demand for additional funds. Please contact me immediately to resolve. You have my federal documents!

These guys will steal your money and lie through their teeth to you about the process. Just deal with the State Department. It’s better to deal directly with them and avoid these shady third parties. To the owner. This isn't "how I feel" this is based on the fact that your organization stole $400 from me and provided no service. I've requested refunds multiple times. Even had one of your "customer service agents" laugh at me when I explained nothing had been done and I wanted my money back. Whether or not you're authorized by the State Department doesn't mean anything. Who knows what bribes you guys paid to get this authorization.

The process was smooth, but just make sure you don't have any mistakes on your paperwork, because that will derail everything and the service moves from 4 stars to a 2 at that point. I put the wrong date on the authorization form and they discovered the error a few days after I sent the paperwork. I didn't get a phone call about this error until the day my passport was supposed to arrive (weeks later). When I spoke to the staff she told me " we've been emailing you, you don't answer your email." I was due to go out of the country a few days later😠. I was confused by how an organization with such high reviews, that clearly highlights thier level of efficiency could skip such a HUGE step like calling the client when you don't hear from them via email.🤔 This was poor customer service, considering the amount you pay to expedite things. I would not recommend this particular resource, unless you have everything perfect and you just need to mail it.
