Honestly the best fedex store I’ve ever been to. I’m a graphic designer and I’ve printed stuff at so many fedex stores across the country and this store has done the best job. Also the staff was delightful. 12/10 experience.

Been here a good 5 or 6 times in the past year and always have had interactions with staff who were super helpful or understanding of my requests or questions. Had to drop a review today because the staff dealt with a difficult customer during the tail end of helping me, and the way they handled it was really pro.

Why does it take 5 minutes to print a order receipt? No idea. No "I'm sorry for the delay sir" or "There's a computer malfunction". Nothing. Sometimes they hire these kids who don't know and just don't care about customers. Bad experience over something that should be simple.
