My experience was that they were very unprofessional. I had a virtual interview, and the interviewer never showed up. I called the main office and got the information for the interviewer, whom wasn't available. I contacted her boss he never got back to me it was just really unprofessional.

Management at Mission Bay, ARE account are horrible, incompetent and unprofessional. They just ignore issues at work. So bad with staffing and forcing guards to hold over the post. Does not care if they send untrained guards at the post. It was a circus.

I see a lot of bad reviews for this company but this review is due to a guard who works at the Ferry Building Mall. Her name is Danielle amd ahe has red hair. She was extremely helpful with giving us directions and very attentive to the environment. I am a security guard of 15 years and know a good guard when I see one.

This is my first time writing a review and I felt compelled to do so after meeting security officer Tommy Freeman from the 500 Washington building. It was my first time visiting this organization and the security officer at the front desk had such a friendly persona. Despite how busy and crowded it was getting, he communicated effectively with me and the rest of my team to make sure we were properly taken care of.
